Cultural professionals had their livelihoods severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. There were many pieces of news that conveyed the negative effects perceived in the cultural sector as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. Cinemas, museums, theaters and many other cultural centers were closed for months on end, harming not only the development but also the survival of this area. However, social confinement confirmed the importance of culture, revealing that the sector's actions are fundamental to the mental health of individuals in such a troubled period. Agents from the cultural sector, dismayed by the future of Brazilian culture, in a post-pandemic context, considering the delay they suffered in previous years, mobilized to plead for state support in the process of resuming activities. Valuing the category Egypt Email List and recognizing the demands of cultural agents, Congress approved laws that provided for significant transfers as emergency measures in order to enable the return of cultural activities and products. Among these laws, Complementary Law No. Stands out, nicknamed "Paulo Gustavo Law" in honor of the comedian Paulo Gustavo, who passed away in 2021, due to complications from Covid-19, and Law No. 14,399/2022, known as "Aldir Blanc Law 2" also in honor of another representative of the Brazilian artistic world, Aldir Blanc, who died as a result of the Covid-19 virus in 2020. The two laws mentioned respond to the same general desire regarding the imperative of a financial support as a means of boosting the sector, seriously affected by the pandemic.
